The attached obituary has many discrepancies with what is known.
Ann was born and raised in the Ulysses/Trumansburg area. She is the daughter of William and Amy Cobb Allen. She married William Austin in 1867. They settled in a house he built for her in Trumansburg. This home is now on the historic register. Ann died in Michigan at the home of her daughter, Pearl Austin Haas
