Harold E. Aust Sr., 87, of 188 Alameda Rd., Butler, formerly of Vandergrift, died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Butler Memorial Hospital after a six-month illness. Mr. Aust worked as a Yellow Cab driver in Pittsburgh until his retirement after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Helen Schultz Aust; two sons, Harold E. Aust Jr. of Kittanning and James A. of West Sunbury R.D. 1; two brothers, Albert Aust of Beaver Falls and Wilbert of Russell, Ky.; and two grandchildren. Born in East McKessport, March 2, 1903, he was the son of Paul and Anna Victoria Dunham Aust. Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Young Funeral Home in Butler. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Leukemia Society.
