Elaine Atwood Aamodt, age 75, died November 26, 1990 at her home in Falls Church, Virginia.
Born April 24, 1915 in Murray, Utah to Walter S. and Ann Elizabeth Newman Atwood. Married Vernal Lester Aamodt April 3, 1935. He died April 19, 1980.
Member of the Sons of Norway. Member of the McLean 2nd Ward and was active in the Relief Society.
Survivors: children, Richard V., Falls Church, Virginia; Mrs. Paul (Patricia) Boone, Beaverton, Oregon; Robert L. and wife, Diane and Mrs. Mark (Peggy) Henry, all Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Audrey Rindlesbacher, Riverton. Preceded in death by a brother, Glenn (Bud) Atwood and sister, Cleon Dibble.
Funeral services Saturday, 11 a.m., at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, where friends may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
