Mr. Arthur an owner and operator of a handyman business was born February 2, 1942, in Peru, Indiana to the union of John Arthur and Mary Fisher Arthur.
He moved to Arizona 44 years ago. Rex was a great neighbor, landlord, friend and handyman for many people. He knew all his neighbors and would help fix many minor problems.
Rex will be greatly missed by many people! He is survived by his brother and sister.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 4, 2016, at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Avenue in Tempe, AZ. Inurnment will be in the Chili Cemetery in Chili, Indiana.
