DAVID ARNOTT of 1210 Valley dr., a plasterer employed by Henderson and Johnson, died yesterday in Crouse-Irving Hospital after a short illness.
A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, he was a resident of Syracuse for 40 years. He was a member of Danforth Lodge, F&AM, Clan Douglas 232, and local plasterers union.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Agnes Arnott; four sons, Robert, James, David, and John Arnott, all of Syracuse; a sister, Mrs. Mary Brown of Scotland; three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the home, the Rev. Walter Tildesley officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
