Last Will and Testament of Eliza F. Parmer Deceased.
I Eliza F. Parmer, of the County of Vermilion and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament;
I devise unto my son Wiliam H Thompson, all my interest and estate, whatever the same may be, in the lots and messuages of land (being lots) in the town of Danville in the county of Vermilion, and State of Illinois, and now occupied by me.
I also devise unto my son William, all my estate and interest, whatever the same may be in a certain Eighty acre tract of land in the county afore said lying North East of, and about two miles from the said town of Danville; and being the same parcel of land that was held and owned jointly, by my former husband John Thompson, deceased, and my late husband James Parmer deceased, in their life time.
I also give and bequeath unto my said son William and my daughter Orleathy Bell Parmer, share, and share alike, all my right title, and interest in the estate of the said James Parmer deceased of every kind whatsoever. Witness my hand and Seal this 21st day of August A.D. 1864.

Woodbury the subscribing witnesses to the execution of the within instrument, by Eliza Parmer, upon our respective oathes do depose, and say, that Said Testatrix, acknowledged, and published the same to be her last will and testament, that we signed our names as witnesses thereto, at her request, and in her presence, and that we believe said Testatrix was of sound Mind and Memory at the time of acknowledging and publishing the same.
