St. Marys- Mrs. Erma Armstrong, of Washington D.C. died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in a Washington hospital, her death occurring two weeks and two days after the death of her sister, Miss Edith M. Stoker. Mrs. Armstrong returned to Washington a week ago from St. Marys after attending the funeral services for her sister. Mrs. Armstrong was the daughter of the late William and Anna (Conerady) Stoker of St. Marys. She was born in St. Marys and married Stephen Armstrong who preceded her in death in 1941. She was employed by the U.S. government in Washington. She is survived by three cousins, Mrs. Richard Longemeyer, Mrs. Robert Katterhenry and Daniel Hay, all of St. Marys. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Vore and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Rev. John E. Neff officiating. Burial will be in Elmgrove Cemetery.
