He lived in the Trenton area most of his life and had moved to Stuart, FL in 1989. He died at Salerno Nursing Home at the age of 78.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn A. and George W. Fisher, two grandsons and a nephew.

He retired as president of Pentco Inc., Trenton. He was formerly a pattern maker with DeLaval Steam Turbine Co. He was a member of Ashlar Lodge No. 76 F&AM, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Trenton, Crescent Temple Shrine and Trenton Forest No. 4-Tall Cedars of Lebanon.

He was the former vice president of Greenwood Cemetery Association, Hamilton, N.J.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

His obituary was published in The Times (Trenton NJ) on Oct. 22, 1996.
