Mr. Areheart died Monday, October 25, 1993. Biorn in Columbia, he was a son of the late Johnny Elmer and Edith Goioch Areheart. He retired from the Army as a Sergeant Major and was an employee of the Columbia Post Office.
Surviving is his wife, Peggy Jennings Areheart, sons, John and Kevin Areheart, both of Columbia, and a daughter, Shaye Areheart of New York.
