Alvin Joseph Arceneaux, 66 is survived by his wife, Mary Leonard Arceneaux of Bayou Blue; one daughter, Bobbie Sue Marie Arceneaux Foret and her husband, Ronald Joseph Foret of Bayou Blue; one brother, Walter Arceneaux of Bayou Black; two sisters, Opal Marcel of Houma and Jane Roberts of Bayou Black; and three grandchildren, Brandie Lynn Foret, Angel Marie Foret and Jade Elizabeth Foret.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Bessie Hebert Arceneaux.
He was a retired master carpenter at Leonard Chabert Medical Center and a member of Ham Operator's Club.
