Mr. Anthony was born Dec. 12, 1895, in Brown county to Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Roush Anthony, he was a member of Nashville Masonic lodge, No. 135. He was married Aug. 7, 1917, to Miss Pauline David, who survives.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Christiansburg church, conducted by the Rev. Murrell Deckard. Burial will be made at the adjoining cemetery. Casket is open at Bond's funeral home at Nashville. There will be Masonic rites.
Survivors are the wife; two daughters, Mrs. Hesper Beauchamp of Columbus and Mrs. Wilma Spiker of Nashville route 2; two brothers, George Anthony of Route 6 and William Anthony of Columbus; a sister, Mrs. Sina Ayers of Nashville, and three grandchildren.
