Obituary for Freda Pauline Turner Ankenbruck
FREDA P. ANKENBRUCK, 76 of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed from this life, Thursday, November 30, 2006, at her residence. Born April 7, 1930, in Jamestown, Tennessee, she was a Care Giver with Home In Stead Senior Care. She retired from International Harvester, in 1982 after 10 years of service. "She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother." She was a member of Fellowship Missionary Church. Surviving are her husband of 25 years, Dave T; daughter Deborah (Larry) Hughes of Fort Wayne; sons, Dennis (Penny) Ferguson of Meridian, Mississippi, and Robert J. (Cindy) Ferguson of Palmdale, California; grandchildren, Kenneth Ferguson of Meridian, Mississippi, Taylor Hughes, Torey Hughes of Fort Wayne, Austin Ferguson and Shanna Ferguson of Palmdale, California; sisters-in-law, Ruth Turner, Pauline Turner and Barbara Turner; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fellowship Missionary Church, 2536 East Tillman Road, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hockeyeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Burial in Eel River Cemetery, Churubusco. Preferred memorials to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Parkview Home Health & Hospice.
