Harless Henry Angell, 89 of Boones Mill died November 24, 2013. He was born May 21, 1924 to the late Frank H. and Vernie DeLancey Angell. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Angell and Vivian Gibson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Mabel Flora Angell; a brother Washington (Lee) Angell, Hockley Texas; sister Jacqueline Angell Hamlin, Pearisburg; sons, Daniel L. Angell of Danville, Garland H. Angell, Bobby L. Angell, Wesley C. Angell, and daughter Nancy Angell Flora of Boones Mill; seven grandchildren.
During WWII he served his country in the South Pacific as part of the U.S. Navy Task Force 58.
Burial will be at Bethlehem Church of the Brethren cemetery.
