OZARK…..Paul Andrews, a resident of Ozark, formerly of Midland City, died early Saturday morning, December 10, 2011, in a Dothan hospital. He was 90.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2011, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Jerome (Bo) Weed officiating. Burial will follow in the Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the mortuary chapel. At other times, the family will be at the home of a son, Jerry Andrews, 3652 Will Logan Road, Ozark.

Mr. Andrews was a native of Midland City where he lived until moving to Ozark in 2005. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Jason. Mr. Andrews was engaged in farming most of his lifetime.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Robinson Andrews; parents, Thomas Bryant Andrews and Hettie Woodham Andrews; two sisters, Maxine Gayles and Florine Weed.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Doug Andrews and wife, Joann, Jakin, Georgia, and Jerry Andrews and wife, Ann of Ozark; five grandchildren, Michelle Warner, Steve Andrews, Kimberly Beasley and husband, Pete, Jason Andrews and wife, Patsy and Christine Perrone; twelve great-grandchildren.
