TREMONTON- Dennis Lynn Anderson, 70, died Saturday, January 26, 2013.
He was born March 23, 1942 in Tremonton, UT, son of Renold and Ilah Anderson. On March 29, 1963 Dennis married his sweetheart Carol Ann Perry. They were together 2 months short of 50 years. He lived in Utah and Arizona. Dennis worked at Thiokol for many years as a supervisor before going to Auto-liv. He was a kind and compassionate person and a good boss to work for. Dennis loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He always wanted everyone to be happy.
Survived by his wife; his Children- Brent (ViOma) Anderson; Kristen (Dennis) Hirschi; Grandchildren- Kirsten (Dusty) Wood; Trevor Hirschi; Jessica (Spencer) Wilding; Brooke (Rylan) Maurer; Cody Anderson; James Anderson; and Hallie Hirschi; Great Grand Son – Kaylor Wood. Also surviving are his sisters- Ollie Lou (Bob) Dahle and Iris (LaVar) Douglas.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013 at NOON in the Tremonton South Stake Center (1150 S. Tremont St. Tremonton, UT).
Friends may call at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, UT) Friday, February 1, 2013 from 6-8 PM and at the church before the service from 11:00 – 11:45 AM. Interment will be in the Bear River City, UT Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Wells Fargo Bank in Dennis's name for medical expenses.
