Anna Mildred Anderson, 86, of 615 S. Fulton died at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 1993, at St. Joseph Nursing Home in Lacon.

Born April 2, 1907, in Sparland to Albert and Anna Tanner Russell, she married Harold E. Anderson on Nov. 18, 1926, in Lacon. He died May 2, 1973, in Chillicothe. She also was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Surviving are one son, William D. of Lacon; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert T. Russell of Peoria; and one sister, Sally Ward of Washington, Ill.
