Brandon was born October 21, 1989, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Peter Alfred Anderson and Jillane Moser Anderson. The family lived in Monteview until his father passed away when he was three years old, after which they moved to Pocatello. His mother married Douglas J. Ward, and they raised him after his father's death. The family later moved to Idaho Falls, where Brandon attended Skyline High School. He moved to Big Sky, Montana, two years ago.
Brandon worked in construction, sales, in the food service industry, and in the oil fields.
He was a baptized member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A 'people person,' Brandon also loved dogs, his truck, the outdoors, camping, snowboarding, riding dirt and BMX bikes, skateboarding, cooking, fishing, mudding, and digging.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, at the Idaho Falls LDS Skyline Ward, 2345 West 17th South, with Bishop Brett Webb officiating. The family will visit with friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
