Mrs. Bertha Anderson Mediros, 67, of 208 Merrymont Drive, died Sunday, July 25, 1999, at Columbia Augusta Medical Center.
The funeral was Wednesday at Platt's Funeral Home, Belair Road, with Larry Brown officiating. Burial was in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Mediros, a native of Langley, S.C., had retired from Georgia War Veterans Home as a licensed practical nurse after 21 years. She was formerly employed by Graniteville Co., Enterprise Division. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Heaven Bound Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her husband, John J. Medeiros Sr.; two sons, David E. James, Martinez, and John J. Medeiros Jr., Boston; a daughter, Paula M. Templeton, Wrens; three brothers, Edward A. Corley, Evans, James F. Corley, North Augusta, and Aaron A. Corley, Titusville, Pa.; two sisters, Susie Jenkins, Hephzibah, and Ruby Couch, Langley; and four grandchildren.
