Former Resident Dies in California
Word was received this week of the death of Mrs. Arletta Anderson, who passed away Jan. 8th at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Birney Strunk, in Pasadena, Calif.
Mrs. Anderson was the widow of the late William Anderson and they formerly owned the residence at 107 W. Center, which was built by Mr. Anderson and was their home for several years. Mrs. Anderson sold her property and with the Strunks left for California in 1920, and since that time they have lived in Pasadena. She had been ill for the past 13 months, much of the time in bed and had been cared for by her daughter, Mrs. Strunk who is the only survivor of her family.
