Mr. Anderson died on Thursday, April 23, 1998, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born on Feb. 27, 1935, in Cookeville to the late Italy and Jewell Jackson Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a welder with General Motors.
His family includes his wife, Phyllis Anderson of Merritt Island; a daughter, Sondra Royse of Troy, Ohio; two sons, Danny and Randy Anderson, both of Merritt Island; a sister, Dean Boggs of Martinsville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Kevin, Jimmy, Michelle and Mark Jr. Royse, Nathan and Nicole Helm, Kathryn, Kyle and Randall D. Anderson Jr., and Jonathan Tibbettes; and a great-grandchild, Dominique Nicole Royse.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bernice Shelton, and three brothers, Charles, Harold and James Anderson.
