In memory of Anna Marie (Lydichsen) Andersen. Anna's parents were Hans Christian Lydiksen (1810-1891) and Christine Marie Thomsen (1817-1892). Her parents were both born and died in Denmark. Anna, her husband Andreas Emilius "Emil" Andersen and four of their five daughters were the immigrants to the United States. Their fifth daughter only lived a few months, was born and died in Denmark before the family immigrated to the United States.
Anna died from diptheria at the young age of 55. She was originally buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Piedmont, CA but was later moved to Evergreen Cemetery when her husband died. Three of Anna and Andreas "Emil's" daughters are buried at Evergreen Cemetery. Catherine B (Andersen) Orloff being the daughter that is buried in Pleasanton, CA with her husband's family.
