Jack Gregory Altizer, infant son of Jack and Peggy Bandy Altizer of Richlands, Va. died Saturday in a Richlands hospital.
Surviving in addition to his parents are the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Altizer and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bandy all of Richlands.
Funeral services will be held today at 3:30 p. m. in Farmer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. A. M. Williams officiating.
Burial will be in Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, Va.
