Born Feb. 17, 1889, Clay City, Ill., to John and Christina Perkey. Married Stephen Melvin Westfall 1906 in Clay County, IL. Married Charles Fulgan, prior to 1930. Married to Parlan Pratt Allred Nov. 25, 1946, Price, UT. [obituary corrected to include all marriages]
