Lillian was the daughter of George C and Cornelia Roberts Chandler, and the wife of
William Allman.
She had previously been an elementary school teacher in the Buncombe County School system.
At the time of her death she was survived
by two sons; three sisters, Ethel Hensley, Bonnie Blackwell, and Ruth Stephens; and
three grandchildren.
Her services were held Friday, October 26,
1990 at New Bridge Baptist Church, of which she was a member.
Burial: Locust Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
