Frederick Calvin Allison of Waterstreet, Alexandria, R.D., was fatally injured in a two-car accident in Port Matilda on Saturday night.

Frederick Calvin Allison was born at Petersburg on January 27, 1908, a son of Charles F. and Julia M. Ansbauch Allison. He was united in marriage on June 1, 1940, to Thelma P. Gordon, the ceremony being performed at the bride's home at Waterstreet. She preceded her husband in death on May 17, 1960.

The deceased had been employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the past 15 years.

He was a graduate of Petersburg High School.

Mr. Allison belonged to the Free Methodist Church of Huntingdon and was a trustee of the church.

In addition to his son, Donald at home, he is survived by two brothers: Charles E. Allison of Huntingdon and Berlin W. Allison of Montoursville. One brother preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, at 2 p.m. at the Grove funeral home in Alexandria. The Rev. Joan C. Houck will officiate and interment will be made in Alexandria Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 2 p.m., Tuesday.
