Paula Allison, 65, of Hector, died Saturday, August 18, 2012, at the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock.

She was born March 10, 1947, in Oklahoma City, OK, the daughter of the late Paul L. and Florence G. Hefner Allison. She was a Navy veteran, retired teacher, and a member of the Cedar Grove Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by 2 daughters and son-in-law, Joann and Larry Don Freeman of Dover and Celeste Helton of Russellville; 1 son, Andrew Helton; 8 grandchildren, Justina, Destiny, Monica, Jeremy, Andrew II, Ayden, Aytallica and Ariana; 4 sisters, Kathy, Barbara, Nina and Amy; 3 brothers, Keith, Anthony and William; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Tommy.

Funeral services are 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 22, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Bobby Judkins officiating. Burial is in Forks of Creek Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday.

Pallbearers are Henry Wooten, Charlie Wooten, David Collins, Raymond Conn, Benjamin Conn and Joshua Allison. Honorary pallbearers are Alex Larson, Rocky Majors and Jason Allison.
