Elmer Allison
Elmer Allison, 80, died Friday morning at 6:30 a.m. at the Holmes County Home, following a long illness. Mr. Allison was born in Holmes County July 31, 1882, the son of Theodore and Margaret Mitchart Allison. He leaves two brothers, Melvin of Akron and Austin of Brewster and three nephews. Two sisters and five brothers preceded him in death. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernarr Rhoades officiating with Rev. Charles Zechiel assisting. Burial was made in the Nashville Presbyterian Cemetery.
