MARTHA ANN ALLISON, age 64, Lexington, formerly of Blue Licks, died Thursday, November 12, 2009, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington. Born in Lexington, August 15, 1945, to the late Hiram and Alliene Shannon Allison, she was a retired legal secretary and a member of the Broadway Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman French. She is survived by two brothers, Jerry (Nancy) Allison, Cynthiana and Donnie Allison, Carlisle; and a half brother, Luther (Margaret) Allison, Maryville, Tennessee. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Ware Funeral Home by Sam Chanslor with visitation at 4:00 P.M. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday at Carlisle Cemetery.
