Frederick Leo Allingham, 96, of 9603 Waller Road E., died Monday. Born in Grand Rapids, Mich., he resided in Renton 20 years and moved to Tacoma following his retirement from the Renton Police Department. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion, and was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include three daughters, Margaret Sadler and Phyllis Timmer of Seattle, and Theresa Parman of Tacoma; 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
