Mrs. Bessie C. Allgood, 86 years old, of Chaffee, died Friday, May 22, 1987 at Cape Care Center. She was born January 1, 1902 at Lutesville, daughter of Robert and Mary Etta (Stevens) Hahn.
She married John D. Allgood in 1922, he died in 1969.
Mrs. Allgood was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors are one son, John Allgood of Jackson, MO; two brothers, Victor Hahn of Marble Hill, MO; and Dennis Hahn of Michigan; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Recker of Lutesville, MO; Mrs. Alma Menz of Chaffee, MO; and Mrs. Edna Ramsey of St. Louis, MO; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
One brother and one sister preceded her in death.
Funeral service was held Sunday at Liley funeral Home in Lutesville. Burial was in Dry Creek Cemetery.
