Proud grandmother of fifteen and great grandmother of nine. Predeceased by her husband William McKinder and two daughters Linda Bair and Dora Brewer. Neoma was born May 17, 1922 in Oklahoma, she was 83 years old. A resident of Fremont for 17 years. Visitation will be Wednesday 9am at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Funeral mass will be Wednesday 11am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 40382 Fremont Blvd., Fremont. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont.
