Funeral for Elhura Bendall Allen, 63, of Moulton was to be today, Sept. 24, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with the Rev. Marty Steelman officiating.
Burial was to be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at Parkway Medical Center Hospital. She was born Aug. 29, 1940, in Lawrence County to Underwood Bendall and Lucille Martin Bendall. She was co-owner of Allen's Body Shop for 30 years. She was a member of Austinville First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, Robert Allen; two sons, David Allen of Moulton and Danny Allen of Decatur; two daughters, Donna Turner of Hartselle and Deanna Suter of Decatur; two sisters, Delphia Smith of Decatur and Dorothy Sue Naylor of Moulton; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Richard Smith, Philip Smith, Jack Naylor, Dewayne Naylor, Steve Suter and Mike Turner.
