YORKTOWN - Alicia Gladys Alicea, 67, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer. Alicia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was a Peninsula resident since 1987. She was employed as a merchandise manager at TJ Maxx until 2012. She loved her parakeet Blue and enjoyed music, dancing, walking, and bowling.

Alicia is survived by two sisters Ana Alicea-Diaz and Aida Alicea; and a brother Diego Alicea Jr.; her son Derek Probst (Heather); two daughters, Stacy Probst- Santiago and Terri Mae Probst (Jerry); and six grandchildren, Nissah, Maritza, Arlene, McKenzie, Hayden, and Brayden; and many nieces and nephews. Special friends, Debra C. Martin, Joyce Scott, Betty Hall and Patty and Mike Chilcott.

A memorial service will be held at the Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News on a date to be announced. Arrangements by Amory Funeral Home.
