When his Sister, Khristine and her family, were stationed in Hawaii, he decided to move there to help take care of Joline and Jordan while his Brother-in-law Elidio Gorospe Aguilar was deployed. A few months after Elidio came back, he decided to move back to San Diego.
Christian was very passionate about fixing up cars including his own. He would spend all day fixing his car. He loved listening to music, playing his guitar and piano and he loved to sing. Everywhere he would go, he would sing his heart out. Christian was known to make everyone smile. He had everyone laughing with his goofy attitude.
