Louis Alexander, 86, of rural St. Anne, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 1990, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee.
Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 1990, at Leggett Funeral Home in Hopkins Park.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Lehman officiating.
Bural will be in Momence Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 12, 1904 in Shreveport, La.
He married Nannie Scruggs in 1928 in Shreveport, La. She survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Richard Anderson of Memphis, Tenn., Edward and Curtis Anderson of Chicago; three daughters, Sadie Lloyd, Carol Williams and Rise Anderson, all of Chicago; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Alexander was a resident of the area for 22 years and had been employed as a janitor.
