Alvah Alexander the son of Jabez Alexander, born Aug. 22, 1755, Marlborough. New Hampshire. and Lois Pool, born Dec. 1, 1758. He married Phoebe Houston in Acworth, Sullivan, New Hampshire, May 9, 1822. He went to Utah Oct. 3, 1852, with Captain Harmon Cutler Company.

Son - Henry Samuel, b. July 12, 1823, m. Mary Marsteller 1845; m. Jane Houston 1848, m. Sarah Miles July 23, 1850.
Daughter - Louisa Pool b. 2 January 1825, m. Jeremiah HATCH Sr..
Daughter - Mariah Houston Alexander b. January 26, 1829, m. Enos Lyman Lish 1851.
Son - A1vah Jedethan, b. Sept. 21, 1831, m. Elizabeth Soule, March 13, 1854.
Daughter - Orpha Ann b. February 4, 1838. m. William Marks Miles.
