After 10 years of marriage, she was widowed and raised 5 children as a single parent. She was a person who had a strong belief in God, who followed the Lord and lived her faith. During her life she belonged to a number of different denominations, having spent the past 40 years as a member of the Seventh - Day Adventist Church family, where she spent many a Sabbath praising the Lord and visiting with one of her many friends of Christ. Alberta was a hard working, self - less and humble person who toiled ceaselessly to build her treasures in heaven rather than on earth. She will be remebered not for who she was, but for the countless lives she touched so greatly.
