Lucille S. Alexander, age 66, passed away on January 31, 2007 in Colorado Springs. She is survived by her husband, Charles F. Alexander; her sons Glenn of Charleston, South Carolina, Robert of Colorado Springs and James and his wife, Ernestine, of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by grandchildren Dominick, Julian, Devonte, Brianna, Darrien, Gabriele and Kamren as well as a sister, Henrietta Corrine Sanders of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Lucille was born to Herbert and Henrietta Kinloch Sanders on March 20, 1940 in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Lucille was preceded in death by her sister Mary Sanders and her brother Danny Sanders. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1966. Her greatest joy in life came from her family, especially her grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs.
