Mrs. Carolyn 'Charliemud' Jackson, age 49, of Douglasville, GA passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born September 29, 1963 in Montpelier, OH.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Alderson; mother, Laurel Ann Tesseo Collins; and brother, Ron Alderson.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Ray Jackson; son, Tyler Ray Jackson; brothers, Bob Alderson, Bill Alderson, John Alderson, Matthew Pinnell, and Jimmy Alderson; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 5-8 PM. The funeral service will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Pastor Kim Brown officiating. Then meet at 3:00 PM Alabama time at Garden Hills Cemetery, Opelika, AL for graveside service and interment.
