Colleen Brunson Albrand, born August 26, 1924, in Fillmore, Utah, to Wells and Manilla Brunson, died peacefully on June 28, 2016.
Colleen was one of nine children. She married Stephen M. Albrand on October 10, 1942. Together they had six children: Carolee Spencer (Rodney), Candice Brown (Rocky), Stephen Albrand (Paulette), Jodie Peloso, Shawn Falk (Frank), and Shannon Cardea (Joseph). Colleen had 25 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, husband Stephen, son-in-law Rodney Spencer and grandson Jade Brown.
Colleen came from a small town, but had a big personality. She loved to travel and saw the world. She filled her 91 years painting, sewing, cooking, singing and writing. She was a self-taught pianist. Colleen was a determined woman and a tireless worker.
She loved her family very much and they love her.
Graveside services will be held July 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah.
