13 Nov 2006: Allen E. Albert, 71, Lower Paxton Twp., passed away Sunday [Saturday], November 11, 2006. He was a retired employee of New Cumberland Army Depot, graduate of Milton Hershey School, former girl's softball coach in Lower Paxton Twp., played softball in Susquehanna Twp. Senior League and was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers and sports fan. He is survived by his wife Betty J. Albert; son Douglas T. of Allentown; daughter Diane S. Albert-Parkhill of New York City; four grandchildren, Ashleigh and Stewart Albert and Sabrina and Lee Parkhill; and brothers George of Lebanon and Carl of Harrisburg. Prayer service Wednesday, November 15, at Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrisburg. Interment with military honors Thursday, Nov. 16, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
