Funeral services for Henry Albers, 82, who died at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday after a year's illness, will be held Saturday at the Pfeffer Funeral home. The Rev. John R. Seidler, New Holstein will officiate and burial will be made in Hillside cemetery, Chilton.

Born Dec. 24, 1864, in Oldenberg, Germany, the deceased was the son of the late Bernard and Margaret Albers. His marriage to Helen Schiller was performed Sept. 8, 1889 at Chilton. He was a member of the Chilton Germanian society and at one time served as alderman in this city.

Survivors include two daughters, Hattie, Atlanta, Ga., and Meta, Chilton; two sons, Bernard, Chilton, and Dr. William, Coleman; a brother, Fred, St. Louis, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Wilhelmina Stahr in Germany, and three grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his wife in 1941 and a daughter in 1920.
