Celia spend countless hours volunteering with numerous organizations and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2397 Lady’s Auxiliary Group. She spent her life as a homemaker who was completely devoted to her family.
Celia is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert; her parents, Benito and Gregoria Aguirre and her sister Carlota Ramirez.
She leaves behind her children, John (Jane), Yolanda Ruiz, Albert (Lorraine), Thelma Naranjo, and Ernest (Cindy); sisters, Natividad Molina and Delia Contreras; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Pius X Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
