Jack P. Aiello died Monday in Antioch. He was 70.
A native of Pittsburg, the Pittsburg High School graduate lived in Antioch 20
years before moving back to Pittsburg several months ago. He was employed by
Coast County Gas Co., Fiberboard Co. and Metropolitan and Prudential Life
Insurance. He was also a crossing guard five years with the Antioch School
District. He was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Pittsburg, and the
Retail Clerks' Union. He was an avid sports fan and jogger.
He is survived by his son, Michael Aiello of Pittsburg; and brother, Paul Aiello
of Paradise.
Services: 9:30 a.m. Friday, Church of the Good Shepherd. Visitation will be from
11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, with a rosary at 7 p.m., at Pittsburg Funeral
Chapel. Burial, Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
