Charles Ahlson, 65, retired orchardist, died in a hospital here Tuesday. Mr. Ahlson was born in Sweden January 6, 1866. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Mary Ahlson of Portland; three daughters, Mrs. Alete Aikns of Seattle, Mrs. Olga Kephart of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Florence Trayle of Portland; a son, Charles B. Ahlson of Boise, Idaho; a sister, Mrs. Charles Blum of Portland; two brothers, Carl and Thor Scherquist of Portland, and nine grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 o’clock today from Finley’s Chapel. Rev. W. E Brinkman officiating. Interment will be at Riverview cemetery.
