A.V. Adamson Rites Set Today
Arthur Vincent Adamson of Chesterfield Apts., a retired district manager for Combustion Engineering Corp. of New York, died Thursday.
Mr. Adamson, a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, was the developer of pulverized fuel used in combustion engines.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Kathleen C. Adamson; two sons, Arthur L. Adamson II of Rumson, N.J., and V. Cassel Adamson of Richmond, and a daughter, Mrs. Catherine A. Montgomery of Lloyd's Neck, Long Island, N.Y. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Hollywood Cemetery.
