Donnie Ray Adams, 56, of Winchester, passed away on Sun., Nov. 8, 2009 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. He was born in Clark County on Sept. 21, 1953 to the late Ray and Juanita Abner Adams. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include a son, Randall Ray Adams of Richmond; a step-daughter, Mary Jo Jones of Winchester; two brothers, Gary Adams and Ronnie Adams of Winchester; two sisters, Marlene Stanfield and Connie Brewer of Winchester; three grandchildren Jackson Ray Adams, Cassie Dawn Adams and Kylie Renee Coulter. He was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Johnson.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tues., Nov. 10, 2009 at Clarmont Memorial Gardens by Rev. Charles Walton and Rev. Jason Smith.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Warner, Wayne Combs, Billy Stanfield, Tim Wasson, Jeremy Adams and Robert Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Donnie Ray Adams Burial Fund, c/o Gary Adams, 549 Constitution Dr., Winchester, KY 40391.
