Adams, Dorothy "Dotte" (nee Bernhardt) Age 87, of Mayville, WI, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012, at Clearview L.T.C. in Juneau, WI. She was born October 18, 1924, in Appleton, WI, to the Rev. Hugo and Priscilla (Peper) Bernhardt and married Howard T. Adams on June 24, 1950 in Lark, WI. A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, August 18, at the Mayville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jane Haass officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10 AM until the start of service. Burial at the Eagle River Cemetery will follow at a later date. Dotte is survived by her daughters Kristine of Rhinelander, WI and Heidi (R. Keith Roepke) of Chesterfield, MO, granddaughters Kelly and Erin Roepke, and a brother, Arden (Fern) Bernhardt of Clintonville, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brother and sister-in-law Laurent and Lois (Brusewitz) Bernhardt. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to: Mayville United Methodist Church, Horicon Marsh International Education Center, and Mayville Limestone School Museum Koepsell Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Mayville is serving the family.
