Funeral service 10 a.m., Friday at Derby Church of Christ, 225 N. Derby Ave., Derby. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Norma Spears. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John R. Adams; son, Tim (Cindy) Adams of Kingwood, TX; grandsons, Jake and Ryan Adams. A memorial has been established with the church.
