Anthony Dale Adams, 13, of Reedsville, died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2000, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 27, 1987, in Kingwood, son of Lester Dale Adams and Evelyn Bolyard Adams.
He was a student at Central Preston Junior High School. He was a member of the Shepherds Tent Ministries. He participated in the Kingwood Youth League baseball and football teams. He was also a member of Boy Scout Troop No. 81, Kingwood.
He is also survived by a brother, Karl Adams, of Reedsville; two half-brothers and spouse, Lester Jr. and Jennifer Adams, of Hamberg, Pa., and Daniel Adams, of New Madison, Ohio; three half sisters and spouse, Anna Hickman, Denise and David Nelson and Sh annon Adams, all of Pottsville, Pa.; maternal grandmother, Mary Bolyard, of Moatsville; aunts and uncles, Patricia Cauley and family, Dolletta Montgomery and family, Barb Ridenour and family, Edith Reveles and son, Greenland Bolyard and family, Richard A llen Bolyard and daughter, and Carolyn Lyons and family.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lester and Stella Adams; maternal grandfather, Richard Douglas Bolyard; and an uncle, Carl Lambert.
